Will Hughes Catering & Market, located in Olde Towne Daphne, AL, offers a deli-style lunch, dinners to go, catered meals and party trays, and chef demonstration dinners along with an array of local products, gourmet specialties, casual fine wines and microbrew beers.
"Welcome to Will Hughes Catering and Market. I call my culinary style “New South Cuisine”. I believe I have successfully combined a love of the fresh ingredients of the Gulf Coast with the experience I have gained in other parts of the country. I work hard to combine traditional American and Southern foods with various international ingredients and cooking techniques to create an exciting culinary experience for my customers.
In New Orleans, I had the opportunity to cook for celebrities and a number of professional golfers. I enjoyed meeting these people, but the joy of cooking for me is in the everyday pleasures of exposing someone to a new flavor that they may not have experienced elsewhere or cooking an “old favorite” for a regular customer. These are the moments that make my job worthwhile."
